I called to see how soon I could get in for a service on my GMC Terrain and was happy that my appointment was the following day which worked out perfect for me. Paige was friendly and very professional checking me in and making sure she recorded exactly what I was needing done. I told her no hurry and was pleasantly surprised within the hour she called and said I was ready to go. Best Service Department for any and all of my vehicle needs.

Upon arrival i was not inna good mood. Rick Wilson took notes but didn't take offense to my grump. He got my car in and completed all in short amount of time. I apologized to him at pick up and he gave me his recommendations. Good customer service

We have purchased many vehicles over our 40 years of marriage and have never had a more pleasant experience from start to finish. Everyone who we had any interaction with was so knowledgeable, patient and professional. When it comes time to replace our next vehicle, we would not hesitate to make the 1 1/2 hour trip again!!
