The process was quick and the waiting area was clean with beverages.

Great work, but my car was dropped off to tou on tuesday evening, appointment was on that thursday at 8am and you didnt even get it into look at it until.the following tuesday.. 2 days to complete the service, no loaner vehicle. You had my car for 9 days and i got stuck with rental vehicle costs.

I had a good experience, however, I do not understand the $7.95 fee that I have to pay for you to keep my records.

Upon arrival i was not inna good mood. Rick Wilson took notes but didn't take offense to my grump. He got my car in and completed all in short amount of time. I apologized to him at pick up and he gave me his recommendations. Good customer service

We have purchased many vehicles over our 40 years of marriage and have never had a more pleasant experience from start to finish. Everyone who we had any interaction with was so knowledgeable, patient and professional. When it comes time to replace our next vehicle, we would not hesitate to make the 1 1/2 hour trip again!!
