Easy to schedule appointment. Quick check-in process. Efficient timing for the service that was performed on my GMC Terrain. Gavin in the Express Lane was friendly and professional, he explained everything to me that was completed during my appointment. This Service Dept is by far the best for any/all of your vehicle's needs. The dealership itself is great with a comfortable waiting area for customers as well as complimentary coffee and popcorn while you wait.

Really great experience with Shane and Zach. Everyone was friendly. Shane did a thorough job of explaining the features of the new Yukon during the test drive. He was able to collect the things I forgot in the old trade in the next day for me and assist with an onstar account connection issue as well. Very satisfied with the experience.

Truck had scratches that were supposed to get fixed. Room truck in twice still scratches in it. Manager told me I got a good deal so I should be happy. Still waiting on details about fixing the paint issues.
